About the Journal
The Discourse of Law and Administration is a periodical created on the initiative of employees of the Institute of Law Sciences at the University of Zielona Góra.
The Editorial Board prepares binding guidelines for editorial work, undertakes actions to improve the scientific quality of the journal and supports pluralism and freedom of expression in the scientific field. The Discourse publishes reviewed materials that are original scientific studies in the field of legal sciences, taking into account the interdisciplinary nature of the journal. Materials from the field of legal sciences, political science and sociology of law are accepted for publication. The interdisciplinarity of the journal contributes to the enrichment of public debate and research on issues in the field of public and private law.
The journal publishes texts in Polish, English, German, Italian and French.
