Abstrakt

Dostęp do bezpiecznej aborcji w Kenii jest utrudniony przez sprzeczne przepisy regulujące aborcję, co doprowadziło do rozbieżnych interpretacji legalności aborcji wśród kluczowych interesariuszy. Celem niniejszego artykułu jest omówienie sytuacji prawnej aborcji w Kenii, istniejących narracji prawnych na temat aborcji oraz czynników wpływających na dostęp do bezpiecznej aborcji w Kenii.
