Legal issues related to offshore wind farms in the Netherlands – selected issues

This paper examines the legal issues surrounding offshore wind farms in the Netherlands. The discussion focuses on legal uncertainties arising in Dutch practice related to the title issue. In an era of global economic transformation and the search for alternative energy sources, the issues raised seem legally relevant and socially desirable. It is possible that the legal solutions adopted in the Netherlands will lead to their copying or partial implementation in Polish law.
